Up for auction is a United States plate block collection of 4,5 and 6 cents including the Walt Disney Plate block.The years included are 1961-1968 but not consecutive. Plates are not complete. but pages are there.Face value for this collection is over $19.00. These were all mounted with crystal mount which has yellowed. Includes White Ace plate block pages and heavy 3 ring binder. No reserve!
